Sakhile opened my mind to numerous things I had not explored and likely would not have discovered on my own. I’ve never worked with a career coach of any kind so I didn’t fully know what to expect or what I was going to gain from it, especially being a Creative; the alignment of ideas and thoughts with Sakhile as a Creative Coach were so brilliant. His professionalism, warm demeanor, and encouraging tone are inviting and so immensely helpful – always asking the right questions at the perfect time, and he takes the time to know you, your needs and goals, and your best methods of communication. With his very polished listening and interpretation skills I came to many realizations alone simply based on him helping organize and communicate my thoughts back to me in a way I wasn’t hearing myself in.

The “homework” assignments will keep even the most distracted Creative on track because he has designed them around you personally and your intended accomplishments. Sakhile has set me up with the tools to adapt and refine as needed, and many things to continue as ongoing practice and observation – and a curiosity to return for more.
